Locked amount in my saving account

Hi,

One day when i was in Big bazaar, few executive told me there is a survey and told me to fill the form, Once i had filled the form, smhow i realised one credit card from icici was sent to my office with wrong name and mine detail even many things mentioned were wrong. When i called ICICI i talked they said i have filled the form, but i hv never filled the form and have never given any document to icici, meantime i just thought let me use it and get the name changed only spelling was wrong but detail used was mine. i used it and was making regular payment, at one time i had lot of expences and my bill went to 30k... i was unable to pay at that moment and the bank was reguarly levying interest on it, at one moment of time when i thought i wld be able to do setllement i talked to this people and told them for settlement and they did not bothered. Finally i see at one moment of time i saw amount was bloecked from my account, I was not able to do anythg and finelly they deducted all money. They charged 15 k interest on 30k. I want to know what are different rule does the bank block amount like this, if i had to cheat the bank i would never call and say for settlement. I want to know how right is this that the bank keep on applying interest and one moment they block amount from any saving acct, if they were having my saving account number bcz smtm i paid from that account and they correlated / linked then why didnot they do it on time rather then after applying 15 k interest . please help me to get my amount back from these people.

This is awareness i request that if bank is linking the aaount info then they shall not wait and keep on levying interest.
