Blocking of Salary Account for Credit Card due

I have an account no 004701528322 with ICICI Bank. They had issued one Kingfisher credit card linked with this account. I have till date not received any statement from this CC. Hence it was a surprise when they blocked my account and took some 9000/-(approx) from my account. Then I got in touch and asked them why. At this point I came to know that there was a card issued on my name. When I refused to pay for the card which I had not received they went ahead and blocked 30, 000/- from my present salary account (030501516239) with the same bank.

My email & mobile number is updated with these accounts, but strangely they never got in touch or informed me and blocked the account only after a significant amount of interest got attached with the card. If they had got in touch when the first bill itself had not cleared I could have told them at point itself to block the card.
