Credit Card Cancellation

Last Year i have raised a Compliant to close/Cancel by ICICI credit card account. But still more than year my card not yet block due to that still i am getting alert message to pay mimum amount & my old reward point transfer to another i-mint (new) card and this card is couriered to me. But i didn't have any icici credit card or i-mint card. Before rasing cancellation i have paid all outstanding amount The matter i have already informed to the bank by phone, but still i am getting such messages.so please kindly do the needful. how to solve this issues.
