Mental Torture

Hello,

We have been mentally tortured by the ICICI bank executives for credit card payments inspite of making the necessary payments since last 1 year. We have very clearly told them that the loan was taken by my brother and he is presently not in the country. Inspite of that we have been paying the dues on time regularly. Infact we had requested the bank for the statement but instead of providing the statement the bank executives keep on calling and speaking in a indescent language with my family members. Especially some one by the name Suhas has revealed his identity (Number given by him is 67663238) and spoken a very indescent language and has shown no respect at all to my parents. Especially they try to call up when none of us are at home (only parents are at home). I need to escalate this to some higher authorities as this is creating a atmosphere of fear in my parents. We request help from some one.
