ICICI Credit Card
EMI option removed without informing

Hi,

I, Naveen Kumar Settykar using ICICI Credit card since 2 years. I have been offered EMI for the transactions i made. But not when i try to convert a transaction into an EMI Customer Care people say EMI is not available. There is no information from ICICI people regarding this. I want to convert the amount into an EMI.Not being informed is like cheating. I dont have amount to pay the full bill now. What shud i do now?
