Re:- Unauthrized Transaction from my saving accounts

It is very shameful & regreted act that icici bank people have done.

they have taken 5, 311.35 rupees from my saving account against credit card no.5176377034956002 without any prior information & knowledge, the same act they people have done last year when they have debited 9800/- from my saving account.

The credit card no. 5176377034956002 have not being used & also have been returned back to them . but they have calculated some outstanding of rs. 32/-(thirty two only) & against that outstanding they have taken more than 15000/-(fifteen thousand) rupee. this is the way they people are treating to their customer.

So Kindly help me to get my money back.
