Sir,

I have applied for the credit card in ICICI bank in Aug. As I dont want the Credit card I didn't receive the card. With the Credit card I got ICICI Lombard health card. I kept that card for 3 months and I didn't use the health card I return the same to ICICI Lombord office in mumbai. I came to know that my ICICI Lomabrd card was cancelled and all the money was refunded to my Credit card. Now it is showing 10K as oputstanding balance on my account

When I applied for Loan in HDFC bank. They have cross checked all the accounts and my loan got rejected because they have given as a credit card defaulter in CEBEL.

I went in person and talk with the customer care about my concerns. They are asking me to pay 1000rs/- and settle the account. Please suggest me do I have to pay the amount.
