Freezing my Salary Account Inspite of paying the monthly due

I am Sundarrajan from Coimbatore. The ICICI credit card agents have been freezing my salary account without informing me and this time, I had already made the payment on 4th of this month for which I have the receipt too and they have again freezed my account today (1/9). I have some cheques coming in today which I am sure will not honoured as my account is showing a debit balance although I have a balance of 34000/-. This is the second time they have freezed my account while a cheque is to come. They have done this many times and I have been contacting them and paying my dues to them to get this released. But this time, they have done it even after paying my monthly due which has put me in trouble. I would like to talk to someone in this regard who can advise me how to proceed further.
