Bank Recovery Executive froud

Hi I am Pankaj I had a settlement with bank ICICI But my Settlement null and voided due to Bank Executive wrong commitment. Because Bank Recovery Executive was telling me you pay me and i can pay on your card on time and you not bother about your payment date. so i believed and pay him 9000 but he didn't deposit in my credit card account and when i asked about receipt he told me he will send next time now his phone always switch off. Then we go for fresh settlement and paid amount by myself. Please guide me how to get my money because bank is not supporting me.
