ICICI Credit Card
Charging excess of amount for the credit card

As iam using ICICI bank credit card for more than one year, i have been purchased products using icici credit card. The total outstanding will be of Rs.23, 000/-, they asked to pay minimum due of Rs.6450/- on 21stof december but i paid Rs.6500/- on 28th of december, for that they have charged me Rs1700/-as late payment as well assent a letter to pay all the dues immediately.suppose if i tried to call the customer care also, they are not responding well and they are providing the details what i asked .if i asked them to come for the settlement also, they are not accepting, so i have been firmly planned to surrender the card, but donohow to do it. If u provide with enough detaits to solve my problem will be really helpful.
