Against to My credit card no :- 4477460791066006 Icici lombard health insurence was added with out My knowledge and My notice and all cash payments I made against My card usage was credited in to Insurence policy. They charged late payment and intrest charges from me.
When it was noticed and informed to them My credit card account was setteled with out My Knowledge by debiting money from My salary account.
