Very harsh and unhelpful customer service!

Sir, i have written many times that i m not using the card and still ur deptt. sending the dues bills .i wrote that no dues is left and if it will continue, i m forced to file a suit. i have given my mobile no. which is 9259694331 and my land line no.which is 9359866111 and already given the preferred time, becacse i m a doctor and my OPD timing r morning 10am to 4pm .but they always ring me at the time of my OPD. so order the concerning person to talk to me regarding alredy paid dues after the given time and please do not send any more bills otrerwise i will talk to u by media and in court.
