Harrashment and Molestation From ICICI Department

Dear Customer Care Manager,

I want to register a strong complain against ICICI credit Card Department which has been harassing/Molesting me and miss behaving with me. As a sincere customer and becz of some personal problems, I have requested so many times for a settlement of my credit card.

Couple of times i be cheated by the customer care executive from the Rohini Branch[/B], Last Sunday i got a call from this Branch and a lady addressed her name as Neha[/B] requested for the settlement. I agreed all the terms in one condition, where i need the settlement letter before payments. But she some how made me fool by making conference call with different managers and and making me feel like genuine. And i agreed to pay a amount 2650 before settlement letter, She said this amount will carry forward to your settlement EMI and she will send across an official email confirmation for the settlement before further payments and settlement letter. Even i requested her to send me an email confirmation before paying amount, There also she made me fool. Its been humiliated by a customer care executive who has to be a friend with customer who is taking away all the good will of the bank. If you can cross check my details you will get to know, for the past 7 months i was requesting for a settlement with ICICI Bank and been touch with several executives. But trust me i never find and Genuine guy to wind up this deal.

Now when i paid the amount of 2650, and i tried to reach Neha on her Landline No:011 45074400 and her addressed cell phone no: 9873131795[/B], i shocked, some body picked up my call and addressed Anjali started scolding me and humiliating me. when i tried couple more times, its been circulated to different guys and last some says Sajeeve addressing as the floor manger also done the same. Really writing this mail wit my full frustration regarding an Organization providing such kind of mad practices.

Now i decided not to pay a single penny to ICICI Bank, What ever may be the Out come. Am writing this notes to inform whats happening in the name of your organization. i don't know weather this mail will reach to the proper hands, But you Friends don't make any kind of payment with out the settlement letter to the bank WRT of any Settlement. Dont trust any one until and unless you are not receiving the settlement letter.
