Charged intrest on unutlised personal loan

Hi

I have been issued personal loan on my credit card on 11-02 without my request and without information, because of my non availability in the city i have verified the same in the month of Aug'09

and raised complaint for writt off the loan amount and intrest / penalties charged for the same

below are the complaint No'

1. SR No: 1025703015 Dated: 05-08

2. SR No: 102596854 Dated:10-08

No response from the bank and writt off principal amount with out writt off the Intrest amount

same has been esclated local (visakhapatnam) credit card division.

Unfortunately after passing of 3 years my savings account in the same bank was put under LIEN for credit card balance and not able to withdraw the amount. For that I approach local credit card division but as usual No response and I apporached Mr. Prasad - Joint General Manager Credit card division

and lodged complaint over mail and after 5 days I received a mail from Mr. Ravi Manju stated that problem will be resolved by 23-11 but as off now no response, for the above issue I have already

raised complaint wide SR NO: 124980426 Dt.16-11.

No respone for the both compalints and verty pathetic of using ICICI Bank credit card.
