Absolutely, ICICI is one of the worst orgnanization. They fleeze money from anyone. Simply charging for nothing. If you ask them the explanation they give is system generated. They function the company looting from whole India.

The stern action to be taken against them and close the offices. I dont how the Government is keeping quite.
