I am using icici credit card. i did not got my statement for dec of rs.1660. i got it in jan with due date immidiate. I deposited the check of rs.1660 but on getting my january statement with interest charges, i came to know that my check was lost in transit rather you hav credited the chq for rs.100 in my a/c. which i have not sent. I contacted your c.care but they dont bothered. on 9th feb i again called your customer care and explained my proble. Your executive insured me that within 1 week you will get the sms of corrected amount and the enteries of interest charges will be reversed. He informed that i can make payment of rs.1660 on getting the corrected statement. But till date it has not been done and i got a new statement today with additional interest charges, late payment charges and a cheque returned charges for rs.100 cheque which is not mine. on calling up c.care, the executive told that he cannot do anything and it was a fake promise to coorect the interest charges. I request you to kindly look into the matter.
