Threatning calls from ICICI recovery

I am Pranjal Barua using a ICICI credit card but long time back after making some minimun payment i failed to pay the amount in regular basis as i had to leave job for some of my studies but still i joined a firm so i can arrange some income. Infact initially i have been communicating with ICICI for settlement & make some provision for me to repay the amount in instalment basis but they refused the offer. Now they are calling at home & me n using all abusing words & threatning me or any of my family members.

Can i take legal action agaist the recovery agents for using vulgar language against the family members for non payment of dues?

Please help how can i go ahead with this this is really a big humiliation. i want to pay the outstanding but they are not providing any kind of helping hand. There is no CSAT (Customer Satisfaction) seriously ICICI is all shit...
