Settlement issue

Ref: Credit Card No: 4477473717469006 and 4477466306062000.

Being given to understand by your representatives who have consented the closure of the said credit cards – For card 4477473717469006 was Rs.55000/- and for card 4477466306062000 for Rs.18000/-.

Settlement letters for the said amount haven’t reached me yet. All that is reaching me are letters from your lawyers demanding more money even though the settlement has been done. If you say that the account is still open then the money that I have paid is to be reimbursed to me. This amount was paid by my relative considering my ill health. Past history has been documented to you. A copy of the same is with me and was sent to Ms. Kalpana Morparia, Joint Managing Director and Mr. Amit Saxena.

Please make sure that there are no more correspondence of the same is being sent to me. I haven’t recovered completely and still under medication. This causes me a lot of stress.
