I had called today, but inspite of holding for 30 minutes there was no proper reply from you customer care. Tel No 28307777. A very poor sevice from customer care officer.

I Rajan S.Dabholkar an account hold with your andheri Branch with A/c No: 000401543571, would like to know why there is a deduction of Rs 4, 040.35.

On speaking to you Bank executive i came to know this is towards a credit card (which I never had). Also let me know if incase you in your account if i hold a credit card when was the Card issued, ANy transation and when was the last time you have send me a remainder card of this payment. This is a very unprofessional way to take money from any customer and if you where in my place you would have also ask the same Question.
