Cancellation of the card

Respected Sir,

Despite of our several instructions given to icici, till bills for using credit cards are coming to us while long before we informed to discontinue the service of bill's utility pay. Due to your non compliance you are enforcing us to pay heavy penalty for non-payments of the bills.

Hereby you are requested to immediate cancel the following cards and settle our account by waving the extra payments and penalties. We allready paid rs. 488/- by cheque on 04.05.08 as the remaining amt.
