Non delivering the credit card by the courier boy

Your bank has issued me the new credit card on the behalf of previous card. Today delivery boy came to deliver the credit card and ask the i d proof . i saw him my voter i card, then he refuse to deliver the card and ask me to pay 200/- for deliver the credit card. i denie to pay the rs 200/-. then he return back without deliver the card. it is requested to you pls see the matter and confirm that the courier boy dont missuse the card.
