About my personal bills

I have never registered myself for the payment of my mobile bills with your bank through my credit cards. Even then in every one months you are paying on my behalf but you are not inform me. This is not enough you have paid some other amounts (Rs. 909.64)& now total amount is Rs.2, 474.13. I am the suferer now. Unfortunately due to some financial crisis I am running outstanding dues in my credit card and this has added heavy rate of interest on these amounts also.

Pls Inform me what is the process for cancel this credit card.
