ICICI Credit Card
Paid Status Pending for 2 months

Hi,

I was holding a credit card 4477468330670006, which unfortunately lost in Dec.06.I requested to settle my a/c at last, got it settled in April'08 against the payment of 37000/-, letter no.icicidel/vm/08-09/040422/07/rs. I paid this amount in 3 installment 5000 cash and 500030 (7333/-), 500031 (12333/-), 500032 (12334). All the payment got cleared on June 9th'08.I came to knw that ICICI bank had put my name on civil.com (defaulter list).on June 16th, 08. I talked Vivek in collection Dept., he asked to send the letter on amol.berde@icicibank.com, which bounced back. on June 20, I requested again to lodge a complain (sr70277025) in CC to remove or change the status to Payment maker. They gave me 6-7 days time. I called them again on June 27th to check the status, CC gave me a no.011-4550450 of gautam or deepti who will settle my a/c, i tried thousand times but it never got connected. i again called on 30th (ref.no. 71349766) talked to Sakhsi, she told me she is putting this case on high priority and i can expect an answer by 4th July. I received a call on 6th July from Bombay - Abhishek (02264518834.He said its done and i can apply for any other loan. On the basis of this i applied a personal loan to HDFC bank. On 18th July HDFC bank told me about my name on defauter list. I got surprised, i tried again reaching to abhishek but no response. i called CC, they don't have any TAT for this. I really need urgent help, also some confirmation from ICICI Bank.

I have received a statement from ICICI bank showing no-dues against my name but still on some websites this is not updated. I told this to HDFC bank but they are not bothered about this, they are referring to the website.

Its creating lot of problem for me, would appreciate quick reply on this.
