Wrong information from chennai collection centre

Sir, i am using icici credit card since regular payee . card limit is 61000. on 25 june 7;32 am call centre officer told that donot pay for 2 months then u can go for settlement.then i didnot pay.next month i got call from chennai collection "purushotham rao ".he told that sir pay this month i will put a mail on that. again this month another offcer is calling and she told that my supperor will call.in this way they are harssing me.
