ICICI Credit Card
Card blocked, But Statements receiveing through mobile

Hello sir,

I have ICICI credit card and I asked customer care to block my credit card in the month of Feb'08 and I have settled all credit payments and there was o balance on my credit card. Now that statement received from phome is about Rs 3300/-. I am not in a position to pay this ammount as I have not used my credit card since February'08.

I have gone to ICICI Credit card dept and explained the situation but they are not listening my verdict.

So I want to log a complaint on personal harrasement, Please suggest how to proceed.
