ICICI Credit Card
Credit card is not received till now

Dear sir

i would like to have your kind attention that my credit card has already been approved from 14 july but till now i have not received it.

i got a sms that it has been sent to me through Manikantacity net but those worst fellows are not at all contacting and trying to delever to the receipient and they are sending back telling that recipient is not available but for your kind onformation i am always available with my phone and my wife is available at my residential address.

after 20 day when i called to cus care they told that it has already been resent to me by LB courier but till now i have not received it.

the response received from your cus care executive is untolerable, they dont bother to anybody.

please let me know wheather can i receive it or not

my kind request you not to send any important things througt nonsense courier service

And please train the cus.care executive for giving adequte information to the caller.

please help me out...
