Unauthorised withdrawl from account

We had received a letter regarding payment of credit card due amount on 18th August 09. The letter was dated 13 th august. The amount has been deducted from our ICICI account on 18th itself, before we could speak to the person incharge. We have been trying to reach the officer- Mr. Aashish on 080-66302517, BAngalore branch, but the calls go unanswered.

Kindly look into the matter.
