CHARGING INTEREST AND SERVICE TAX

Sir,

My A/c in your ICICI credit card No. is 4477470188740006 and I am holding the card for last six years. I have obted for deducting the entire amount from my ICICI A/C at Edappally branch every month. I have not defaulted so far except once when I did not get the statement and did not know how much money should be in my A/c. I refered the matter to the customer care and the additional charges were reverted back duly. Thank you very much for that. Even though, subsiquently, the money is deducted from my A/c, in my july statement, there is an interest charge andservice tax charge. Kindly verify it and revert the charges back to my A/c.
