Caredit card closed long back now receving calls

Hi,
I had ICICIbank card which was closed 3/4 years back. After such long period my parents are receiving calls from ICICI collection department. It is very painful to attend such calls. These people are not well educated or something else they are not talking properly my parents getting affected due to such ridiculous calls. If you check history of card you can check complaints about the payment and there commitment about revert back the amount. but after that they only applied extra charges not revert back anything which was they committed. They were not fulfill their commitment because of that i canceled my credit card. I paid all the amount properly which i had to made. Customer care not giving proper information as they doesn't have such old data. What i have to do such situation??
