ICICI Credit Card
I have a noc but it is not in the civil

Sir,

i have done all the payements to the the icicicredit card, and they gave me a noc, but they not reported in the civil, and in civil i m showing as i m not make payement to icici credit card (written off), becoz of that i m not able to take loan from any bank, so please solute my problem.
