ICICI Credit Card
Misuse of my Saving Account

Dear Concern,

My saving A/c has been debited of Rs.5862/- on the name of ICICI credit card payment without my permission. Against the Rs.5862/- I have never purchased any single item.

After calling up to ICICI customer care nobody is taking responsibity on that and as per customer care executive, for discussing this matter it's required credit card PIN no but after so many tried i could not able to generate the PIN and after that I got the reason from customer care that due to blocking of the Card you will not get PIN no.

Now I am in big trouble because my card has been lost and same is blocked. Due to this nobody is giving response but the amt has been debited to my saving a/c without my permission. Now it seems to very risky to hold my saving a/c.

Request you to pls help on this matter.
