Payment Settlement

Hello Sir/Madam,

I have credit card payment issue. My outstanding amount in the month of august was around 13k. I contacted many times for there executives to come and collect the payment as my internet password and cheque book was not with me. I called there executive at my home for collecting the amount. I talked to one of their executive (His name is Siddartha) and got this amount settled to 10K as he agreed to waive off the interest charges and service tax and some other extra charges as delay was never from my end. As per conversation with him, I was supposed to get the full and final till 11th August, 08 when my cheque was cleared.

Since then I have written almost 10-12 mails for this confirmation but didn't receive a single reply related to this. Rather I am getting many phone calls to make the payment. I am now getting harrased by ICICI collection dept to make unnecessary payment. I am ready to pay all my actual amount which has been generated after 11th August but they are now denying that nothing has been committed from there end that my rest amount will be waived off.

The only mistake i did in this whole scenario that i kept this thing verbal and hence they are shouting at me and now i really want this to sort out but they are forcing me to pay the unnecessary amount.

Could you please help me in this.

Hi,

Thanks for sending me the confimration. But as per conversation

with one of your executive (Siddartha), I was supposed to get the

full and final till 11th August, 08 when my cheque was cleared.

I would be great on your part if this could be confirmed that

nothing is due till 11 of august.
