ICICI Credit Card charges
Late payment fee

Dear Sir,

I had issued cheque bearing no 275187 (SBI Dooravani Nagar, Bangalore) date 6-5-08 for Rs.700 infavour of my credit card a/c no:4477 4663 4965 5000 to ICICI bank and tha amount is collected by them and is certified by SBI manager and it has been debited in my account bearing no:10637714190.Inspite of collecing money ICICI bank has levied late payment fee and other charges. I have already sent scanned copy of SBI certificate and my bank statement by email as per ICICI bank's request. But the keeps on writing they have not received email attathments. When I try to contact on their cuustomer service helpline only IVRS operates. No operator or agents comes on line. It is very difficult contact any human being through their customer care line. Pl help
