False information on credit card statement

My name is amit musale.my credit card no is 4477470342827004.i was using icici credit card for the past two years.in between this period i had swaped my credit card once for 29, 300for purchasing a mobile and secondly for withdrawl of money in cash approximately about 5000.but the credit card department gave me a statement of 1, 20, 000.and they are disturbing me day and night by calling me.their mumbai branch (andheri) is 02265179672/65246747.the person who is calling me, her name is pooja and rashmi patel.i am lodging a complaint in hope that u will take some action against it and i m willing to get a positive reply from you.
