Wrong debit of rs.20094

I have made a trans on 20th may by using my icici credit card no.4477463801389004 toward airdaccon of rs.20094/- but transaction has been failed afterword i have booked my ticket by another credit card no.4443410902749007 and received ticket.but your people saying that merchant has claimed but daccon people decling that they did not received any amount. so i am very tense/disturbed by listining the comment from both side. so pl try to resolve my problem and help me to revert my amount of rs.20094/- by daccon.
