Credit card discripencey

Dear sir,

I had recieved August 08 statement in which Rs 250 was showed as credit as promotional without mentioning any condition apply. When I enquired to customer care I was told that it is promotional credit but he also not mentioned about any conditions apply. Later in Nov 08 statement this amount is reversed back that to along with taxes. I have talk to CC about same but CC said nothing can be done. This is clear example of temptating customer for using credit card without giving any conditions apply at appropriate place & in readable font. I am very disappointed due to such act from ICICI. Finally I have paid Rs 251 & also cancelled my card due to cheap act of ICICI. Now yesterday there was call from ICICI that 20 paise are pending. This is height of ICICI. I have aready paid Rs 251 against Rs 250 of promotional credit.
