Cheating by phone

On7 nov 08, around 10.30 i am gettig a call from chennai introducing as icici insurance people.theywere selling health insurance. the name is praveen and vijaya.i told them even though my insurance for world is over i cannot join now because i am goig abroad on 9 th nov. then they insisted to join and asked about my credit card .i told them there is only inr 14000 balance which i am keeping for my emergency. they told me they will increase my credit limit inr 40000 to 75000 in hour.i agreed, in that case i can join the health policy . they told me to call after one hour . i called them after one hour, then they said they are processing it, i have to wait till next day.i agreed and called next day then they were telling they are processing it will be ok in the afternoon .afternoon when i call them they are not taking the phone..i went abroad and came back, i did not get the policy, eventhough the sms says i will get it in 14 days. from 7 nov onwards i cannot use my card, this caused me lot of trouble and heavy loss whenever i accept any service..last week i got the emi along with health insurance. i wish to cancelthe policy because they have cheated me by giving false information and promise.please let me know your reaction.thanks .thomas
