Why take enquiry from unkwon people over phone regarding icici credit cards???

I am a gentleman, I don't have any ICICI credit card and ICICI bank a/c and my phone no:9705306039

I got a phone call from 911143087141 say, are you wish to take icici credit cards and you can't pay any registration initial amount and interest of credits pay by before 52 days is nill and i accept to get it.then, she want all of my personal details about myself salaried / self employed and place of living and my pan card no and martial status and work place of my company and my land line no.s.

then, two days back I got a phone from 914466391330 say, regarding the ICICI CREDIT CARDS once again want all of my personal details about myself salaried / self employed and place of living and my pan card and martial status and work place and company and my land line no.s

why icici enquiry my personal details two times over phone and one is from delhi and another from chennai.

even if ICICI CREDIT CARDs can brought customers. it is requiried only my address and phone no regarding to send customer executive to meet me.

why took my personal information over phone???
