DELAY CHARGES STATEMENT AS ON 14 JUNE

MY CARD NUMBER IS 4477 4735 7674 9001. I have practically stopped using your card because inspite of my prompt payments every month i am slapped with a delayed payment fine of 400/ this month my transaction is of 540 /only but yet again i have been charged an addl 400/. PLEASE CANCEL

MY CARD after five years of being with your ORGANISATION i do not want to do any business with your company also i do not find any drop boxes in the ATM's as was there earlier so now i have to go to a bank to drop a Cheque. please close my account. COLONEL R N ISSAR
