False credit statement

I have availed credit of Rs.11, 056 and i have refunded it vide SBI cheque no.572763 on 28.04.09 and it has reflected in the banks credit statement dated May 11, but i am charged auto debit return fee of Rs.250 inspite my payment before due date. Why? Please look into and do the needfull and correct the statement.
