FRAUD DEALING AND HARASSING

Unfortunately I had registered for ICICI bank during my visit to Vashi's Center one Food Bazaar. However, never had the opportunity to use the card. Meanwhile, they had done a fraud through phone, whereby they coaxed me to get into Lombard insurance assuring that the first year's installment will not be charged. Everything was over phone & no signed documents. Now, what I see is that the charges are on credit card and the bank is harassing me to pay the charges.
