My self pooja, i have a credit card with icici bank,

my card no-40765906-4118-3000, credit card dept paid my lic pemium Rs.4889/- without my permission, my lic premiun due date was in aug, i have already paid my dues to lic, thats way double preimun was submitted in lic dept, icici credit card dept send me statement of dues Rs 4889 against payment, i called to custmer care & ask why u have pay my due, they tel me madam apne kaha tha, i told why shoukd i pay this amount, u have to take that amount from lic, i will sign any document regarding that, they dont have takn any action, right know icici bank make a case against me
