Quaterly charges cut

I have an A/C of ICICI BANK with ICICI DEMAT SEVICE. During opening they said that you will have zero balance facility because of having demat A/C. but this is the third time when i had to pay 900 Rs. as Q. Charges for not maintaining my accont with - Rs. even my friend also have same A/c as my self. but he has Zero balance facility. when i tolk to demat service they say we can't do anything that is not our fault and same thing said by Icici bank. so kindly instruct me what should i do to get my money returen.
