Shares Vanishing - ICICI Magic

I bought 75 Excelinfo On 7 aug. (Settlement No 2009146, I have digital contract Note as well). I placed an order to sell them on 10 aug09. I believe this order was excuted as the price surged ahead of my selling price on that day. But mysteriously this transcation never recorded in the order book or trade book. Further digital contract notes are not showing this transaction. Demat account confirms the buy on 7th aug09. But today (on 12 th aug09) there is no "Excel Info " shares in my demat account. I am a small investor and this occured a loss of Rs.8700 to me. Guys, share your experience here in this forum and suggest me solution to this problem. I have already complained to this customer service, but no reply so far.
