Opening of DEmat A/c

On 2 jan i have applied for opening of ICICI Demat A/c .by today there have been two time rejections with stupid reasons. Mr DurgPal Singh sales manager with ICICI bank Rajnagar promised me to opening of trading and demat A? c before 15 Jan for Reliance IPO.but i have found that till now the application with them and it will have to be sent to BOmbay office after that it will take at leats 7 days.
