Demat account opening

Respected sir,

I have applied for opening a demat account (form no: 9002140238) on 29th Jan at icici direct chinchwad branch Pune.

But till today I haven’t got any information about my status of application. I have made N no. of efforts to get it done but all my initiatives went in vain. I have visited 5 times to the concerned office also I have wrote 4 mails to helpdesk@icicidirect.com but nobody is giving me any assurance to my problem.

So I kindly request you to intervene between and look into matter.
