Dear Sir,
I am having demat account in ICICI Direct having the account no: IN302679-35002744. On 22nd FEb ICICI Direct has debited Rs 7925.18 from my saving account 005101515199 (which is in icici bank) the bill no for this transaction is EBA/NSE 20080380222164346. In this transaction Rs 4700 more has been debited. When I complained about this then they credited 35 Shares of RNRL for which i haven't done any trading. Now as the market has fallen down so they are not crediting back my money and almost i have complained about this 6 times when ever i am complaining I am just getting a new complain number.
Please take an action for this issue they are not refunding my money.
