Not yet get D-Mat Accounts

Dear Sir/ Madam,

I Smita Sachin Shinde want to open D'mat account.

I had approached your ICICI Direct - Kothrude Branch, Happy Colony, Kothrude – 411038, around the month of November-December’07.

My Application # is 9001951300.

After completing approx 4-5 months, still my account is not yet get opened and I am not received any proper feedback from your executives.

I had tried to get information through your Phone Banking Service also, but I am not able to get any proper feedback from their also.

Please have a look into this matter & do the needful
