I Have waisted my time and money in travelling and contacting ICICI but all efforts have gone in vain.

Dear Mr. Kamath,

I call my self a prospect customer for "ICICDIRECT" but I am concerned on the treatment met towards me or for the matter of fact any customer who is literally ill treated for 3 months.

I should say visiting ICICI DIRECT is like going to a temple regularly without fail, but the scenarios change, a person visit a Temple for satisfaction, well being, to sacrifice, devotion, or may be for mere peace of mind but its exact the opposite situation which I face when it comes to ICICI DIRECT via your office, Customer Service-Help Line and helpdesk@icicidirect.com or the web site.

All I have done these 3 months was to visit your office (Vasundhra), Call the Help Line, visit your website, or email helpdesk@icicidirect.com and yet to receive any fruitful results from ICIC DIRECT and in return I have got UNKEPT PROMISES & NO RESOLUTION, Yes not to mention I have lost my Valuable time, Money in traveling and contacting your help line.

The least I expect from your so called specialized team is to revert on the Service Requests raised relating to my concern, for details one can go through the trailing mail. I expect all communication to be written (Mail) as I don't get a call back though mentioned by your Helpdesk@icicdirect.com, but the written communication team have their mail formats ready and all they do Is change the name with a little bit of modification on the subject matter and revert back to the customer so that he keeps quite for a week or the given time frame knowing nothing will happen.

Your representative (Ravi) from the ICICI Direct, Vasundhra Branch, gave me a call today at 9:45am from 9873670374 and told me that my application has been rejected as he wants to know my Demat a/c details, the same details have been submitted to him already and is already mentioned in the mail.

I have been running around day and night but have not heard from your so called esteemed bank (ICICI) who does not have time to call back it's prospect customer and inform about the application status for over 2 months now, I REALLY WONDER HOW YOU MUST BE TREATING YOUR EXISTING CUSTOMERS?

1st Application (3in1) 9001935964

I already have a savings a/c (038601513317) with ICICI Bank, with your quick process during the Reliance IPO issue, even got my DP ID, but yet to get any information on my trading details or even about the application status.

2nd Application (Quick Demant a/c)

• There is this senior representative by the name Ravi Roy who does call me but i am sorry to say he is helpless as your organization does not support him or may be his follow up is not in place. He is just left with no option to say "Sir AAJ YA KAL MEY HO JAEGA AUR MERE SIR V FOLLOW UP KAR RAHE HAI"

• "Follow up" really strange, what kind of follow up is going on for such a long time now?

• On contacting your customer care they just raise a SR 599227824 and give a resolution time of 48hrs and sleep over the issue, why do they tell that a call will be arranged back on 98998 45678?

• Your representative Nitin Pal Singh was very efficient in collecting the documents, guess he was doing this just to meet his monthly target, indeed an excellent work, forget the customer after that.

• I have been called to your Vasundhra brach to sign on the application again.

• Verification has been done at my Residence also.

• God alone knows why verification was done at my office premises, while the residence address is mentioned and all supporting documents submitted?

• Your website gives only an error message on checking the application status upon entering the Date of Birth and the application no., refer to attachment, How customer friendly is the site?

It's a request that you revert on your timelines else i will have to find a different mode of communication with "ICICIDIRECT"
