5 months before I have given my document to Mr. Amritanshu Kumar, (Senior Sales Manager (Market),

Boring Road Branch, Patna, Employee ID- 703887), to generate my code as an agent. With this, I have also given him 7 account opening document for that I can get around Rs. 7000 . But, till today, he has not generated my code and my account opening business has been drawn on another code.

On 25 Aug, after a long duration when I asked him for my money he has abused and kicked me out of the office with pressure.
